Question: I have more expenses than there is room for in the e-Record book. How do I add pages?

Answer: When you download the e-Record book (draft 3)there will be a separate pdf document that includes extra expense pages. You can use these to add on to your expense pages.

Question: I have more than one project animal. How can I create more pages?

Answer: One option would be to use the extra pages section (see question above). You could also download additional e-Record books and save them (use "Save As")under different names (ex. "4h_prjct_Silver", "4h_prjct_Pegasus", 4h_prjct_Sea Biscuit", etc.)

When you print your record book for signatures print only the pages that you need from each book.

Question: Why don't the columns on the Expense pages total automatically (like when I'm shopping on the Web)?!

Answer: 4-H wants you to practice math with your Expenses (even if you use a calculator). If your expenses were automatically totalled (autosum) you might not pay as much attention to all the expenses related to your project.
