DESCRIPTION:Exhibit drop off at the Shotwell building of Art\, Arts & Crafts\, Ceramics\, Child Care\, Construction\, Forestry & Conservation\, Hobbies & Collections\, Home Furnishings\, Needlecraft\, Woodcraft\, and  Photography. \nWhen you arrive: \nStep 1- Check in to receive your Exhibit Tags. \nStep 2– Securely attached your Exhibit Tag to the correct project. Materials are provided on a separate table. \nStep 3– Take your project to the correct drop-off station. There are drop-off areas for Fine Arts\, Photography\, and Art & Crafts. \nPlease remember the following things: \n\nDo not remove the check stub. Please fold it over and tuck it up to cover your name for judging purposes.\nNEW- Photography entries are requested to complete the “4-H Photography Exhibit Explanation Card”\nIf you have a ‘Note’ card\, please secure it to your project where the judge will see it.\n‘Note’ cards answer questions such as: What I learned while making this project; What inspired me to make/do this project; etc. These cards help the Judges understand the motivation behind each project and/or the work that went into each entry and can award accordingly.\n\nWe will be strictly enforcing that no entry may be the result of a school project/assignment.  Entries to be found as such will be disqualified.
