Upcoming NJ 4-H Workshops

September 1, 6:00 – 7:30pm:
Bread & Butter…From the Farm to Food Products on the Table

Open to youth (grades 4 and above) and adults.
Milk and bread products are things that we eat every day. These important food staples are available to us thanks to farmers. During the workshop, you will learn how to make bread in a bag and butter in a jar as well as learn about the ingredients used and how they are grown on a farm, processed, and available to you to purchase at your local grocery store.
This workshop is part of the Understanding Agriculture Farm and Food Project of the NJ delegates who participated in the 2021 National 4-H Agri-Science Summit.
