4-H Re-Enrollment on Hold
Until After September 9

4-H Online has been updated and we are working on rolling over everyone’s information into the new system. There will be additional security requirements that may require some to supply a new password to meet these requirements.

We will send an email to those currently enrolled in the system when re-enrollment is officially open, that will include step by step instructions for your convenience. The process will be similar, but the look of the program will be different.

Sussex County Board of Ag Chicken BBQ ‘ON the FLY’ is Open to All

The Sussex County Board of Agriculture has been holding a chicken BBQ at the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show since 1942. This year’s 78th Chicken Barbecue ‘ON the FLY’ will be held on Saturday September 19. You may pick up your to go ’ON the FLY’ dinner  at the Board of Ag BBQ building from 5 pm to 7 pm.  Your local farmers prepare the chicken, fresh from Sussex Meat Packing, slow roasted over hot coals. Summertime favorite corn on the cob comes from Ideal Farms and Tranquility Farms, tomatoes from Lentini Farms. Holland American Bakery‘s famous dinner rolls complete the meal with delicious cookies from Clove Brook Deli. All Tickets are $15 and must be purchased in advance before Sept 13th.
