Finding My Arts Spark! STEP Arts Club
Come find your “Arts Spark” in this STEP Arts Club! In this club, youth in grades 4–8 will be introduced to a variety of arts activities, allowing them to discover their preferred forms of self- expression. Each session will cover a different art form ( acting, visual art, creative writing, etc.) and will actively engage youth in “hands on” artistic activities. Focus is on fun and putting imagination in action! Youth will have the opportunity to share their creations with each other. Sessions are limited to 25 youth, enrolled on a first come, first serve basis. Prior to the beginning of the club, registrants will receive information on any materials needed. Spark your imagination with “Finding My Arts Spark!” Grades 4 through 8 are welcome! Sessions will run on Mondays and Wednesday 3:00-4:00pm on August 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, and 19.

4-H Boots from BOGS Footwear are now available
From now until the end of December 2020, BOGS will donate $5.00 to 4-H for every pair of 4-H boots purchased online from the BOGS website (https://bit.ly/2ZTSBXU). These funds will be used to support the growth of 4-H education programs in animal and agricultural sciences across the country. The number of boots purchased to benefit the New Jersey 4-H Program will be determined based on the shipping address of each order.
Information and Programs For Our 4-H Parents and Leaders
As the national, non-profit partner to Extension’s 4-H program, National 4-H Council created and launched the FOURWARD Fund, a cause marketing program, in an effort to raise money to support 4-H positive youth development programming during the COVID-19 pandemic. National 4-H Council set a goal of raising funds for use nationally and locally.
As we continue in this time of uncertainty, the New Jersey 4-H Program is committed to reaching youth, both current members as well as new and underserved audiences. We will continue our work to ensure young people and communities have the resources to stay connected and engaged in 4-H positive youth development opportunities. Please consider supporting 4-H.
